I happened to spot this while fast-forwarding the TiVo. It's one of a succession of images that flash by during a promo for newly enhanced traffic reports on KNBC's morning news show. While this image is on-screen, the announcer is saying that the traffic reports use "real-time data from the streets of Los Angeles."



That view is several thousand mies from the streets of Los Angeles. (It's Atlanta.)
