I was watching a show on the History Channel called "Modern Marvels: '80s Tech." During the "VCR" segment, they showed a quick shot of a listings page from TV Guide from the late '70s/early '80s. I didn't even have to pause the TiVo to say "San Francisco Metropolitan Edition."

I'm not sure whether I don't have a girlfriend because I can do things like that, or if I can do things like that because I don't have a girlfriend.
