Back in my college days, a group of us in the dorm watched "Animaniacs" every day. There was one cartoon in the "Animaniacs" rotation that I remember us all being stunned by because it was so jaw-droppingly bizarre. Here it is.

Wow--I somehow missed this back in my Animaniacs-watching days. It makes not the slightest bit of sense without the Orson Welles bit.
