Yes. Always!
Back in my college days, a group of us in the dorm watched "Animaniacs" every day. There was one cartoon in the "Animaniacs" rotation that I remember us all being stunned by because it was so jaw-droppingly bizarre. Here it is.

Wow--I somehow missed this back in my Animaniacs-watching days. It makes not the slightest bit of sense without the Orson Welles bit.
(And did you notice how they swapped "I'll make some cheese for you" for "I'll go down on you"?)
And wow, can Welles make "your friend" sound like a sinister term.
