I don't know much more than you do, except for the fact that Microsoft claims free chocolate milk as an employee benefit, which is something that Yahoo! does not provide (the only beverages Yahoo! offers free are soda, juice, and barista-served coffee-type drinks).

On a completely unrelated note, I have come to believe that the future of portable media belongs to the Zune. Also, I'm very happy that I have the ability to run Windows on my Mac -- hmm, I wonder if it's possible to get rid of OS X.
