Here's my apartment (indicated by the red box), as seen in the background of the final episode of the first season of "Parks and Recreation." It was actually even better-looking on TV than it is in this screen shot. At night, it turns out, the Spanish tile roof on top of the building isn't visible, which is good for maintaining the idea that "Parks and Recreation" takes place in Indiana.



This scene was filmed over the night of April 17-18.
